Does this store ship products internationally?
Yes, we do. However, for international orders, there are some products we cannot send to certain countries or regions due to product licensing restrictions or shipping company conditions. (Please see “Shipping” for the areas currently available for delivery.)
How long does it take to arrive for shipments to North America?
For shipments to North America (US and Canada), if Saashi & Saashi's relay store in the United States (Texas) has the product in stock, it will be shipped within one week after the order is placed. We expect the order to arrive within 1-2 weeks. If the stock is not available at the relay store, the order will be shipped from Japan. For new product sales, please note that you may be asked to wait for shipment until the stock arrives at the relay store in North America. Please see "Shipping" for details.
Why are international shipping costs higher than before?
In addition to the inexpensive shipping methods that are widely available in normal cases being unavailable due to Covid-19, the shipping methods currently available are subject to special surcharges by the shipping company in addition to the normal international shipping rates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you will understand that we have chosen the safest shipping method available at this time.
Why are some items able to be shipped overseas and others not?
In addition to the restrictions on delivery areas imposed by international carriers due to Covid-19, wars, etc., there are countries and regions where delivery is not possible due to the contents of publishing agreements with foreign publishers regarding the product.
Are English rules enclosed in the product?
Most Saashi & Saashi games come with rules in English and Japanese. Some games are also available in French or Chinese, depending on the product. In the case of the "Japanese version", only Japanese rules are included. You can find the corresponding language details in the "Languages" section of each product page.
If a components of the product is defective, can it be replaced?
If there is a problem with your order—if it is faulty or if an item is wrong—please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, using the contact form on our website. We will refund or replace the item as appropriate. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days.
If the outer box of the product is damaged upon arrival, will you take care of it?
If there is damage to your order upon arrival please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website. If it is within the period stipulated by the shipping company, their insurance may provide compensation. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for compensation after the insurance period has passed.
Do you publish PDFs of your rulebooks?
We do not publish Saashi & Saashi game rules as PDFs or in any other format.
Do Saashi & Saashi products support wholesale?
Yes, we do. However, some products may not be available in your country or region depending on the status of the publishing contract for that product. For details, please inquire in the "Wholesales" section of Contact Us.

The first editions of "COFFEE ROASTER" and "Let's Make a Bus Route, Kyoto City Transportation Bureau 90th Anniversary Edition" are listed as Sold Out, but will they ever be back in stock?
Currently, the first edition of "COFFEE ROASTER" is no longer in stock, and we have no plans to reprint it at this time. The "Let's Make a Bus Route, Kyoto City Transportation Bureau 90th Anniversary Edition" was sold for a limited time to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Kyoto City Transportation Bureau, so it will not be reprinted in the future.
