For shipments to North America (US and Canada), if Saashi & Saashi's relay store in the United States (Texas) has the product in stock, it will be shipped within one week after the order is placed. We expect the order to arrive within 1-2 weeks. If the stock is not available at the relay store, the order will be shipped from Japan. For new product sales, please note that you may be asked to wait for shipment until the stock arrives at the relay store in North America. Please see "Shipping" for details.

In addition to the inexpensive shipping methods that are widely available in normal cases being unavailable due to Covid-19, the shipping methods currently available are subject to special surcharges by the shipping company in addition to the normal international shipping rates. Most Saashi & Saashi games come with rules in English and Japanese. Some games are also available in French or Chinese, depending on the product.
