Get those passengers' bags to the platform!

In the early 20th century, luggage carriers, called porters worked busily at railway stations across the land, carrying passengers' luggage from the station entrance to the platforms where trains awaited. Players take on the role of station porters, transporting passengers' luggage to earn tips. Passengers in the first-class coaches will reward you with special bonuses. Each of the six stations has its own unique character, offering a variety of bonuses. Be careful, passengers will not be satisfied unless their luggage is delivered safely. Can you carry more luggage than your rivals and become the most helpful porter, appreciated by all your passengers?

A Bunch of Components are Packed in Including 26 Dice & 12 Station Boards

The game comes with 26 dice (in two sizes) and 12 station boards. At the start, each player receives 6 luggage dice and 3 station boards (which are double-sided, giving you 6 stations in total). Over the course of the game, you'll flip through 3 boards, front and back, to play across 5 stations in total. There's also a central station building board, station tiles to set the scene, and coin tokens to track your score. The head porter gets 2 large (dispatch) dice.

Simultaneous Play Keeps Things Moving Fast!

The Head Porter rolls the 2 dispatch dice for everyone. Then, simultaneously, all players roll their own luggage dice. Each player picks one of the 2 dispatch dice and places luggage dice of the matching color onto their station board according to its rules. You must place at least 1 die per round. Fail to do so, and you'll take a penalty!

The Roll Call Rule, Continue or Not Continue, creates the spicy decisions!

The heart of the game is the Roll Call, a tense little element that sparks interaction between players. After everyone places their dice, the Head Porter goes around and asks each player one by one: "Are you continuing or not?”
If you choose to not continue, you score your points right then and sit out the rest of that station, but here's the twist: any luggage dice you still have get passed on to another player! That means the lucky recipient suddenly has more dice to work with... which can be a blessing or a curse.

    Uniquely Tense Interaction

When choosing to continue or not in the Roll Call you must weigh keeping playing to rack up more points against playing it safe and locking in what you've got. If you've still got a few luggage dice in hand, dropping out means giving them away, but is that still the smarter move? Also since players answer the Roll Call one at a time, what everyone else decides directly affects your own decision. This game’s main feature is having the kind of player interaction you just won't find in other dice games.

    6 Station Boards to Master

Your 3 station boards are double-sided, giving you 6 sides total. Each game you'll play 5 of them. Every board has different scoring rules and different bonuses, so your strategy will change from station to station. Players aiming for high scores will have their adaptability tested. As you play again and again you might even find a station you’re especially good at. Be sure to play a lot and try new strategies!

A New Dice Placement Game Built on Strategy and Excitement!

In Railway Porters, all players act simultaneously every round, so the game moves at a zippy pace that’s fun for all. You'll need to put on your thinking cap to place your dice efficiently, but you'll also feel that classic dice-chucking rush every time you roll. As 6 different station boards cycle through the game, each with its own scoring twist, there's always something new to enjoy!
